Refund policy
All products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. The bag must be in new or unused condition with all tags and accessories attached. If the bag shows signs of wear or damage, the return may not be accepted. To start the return or exchange process, send an email to customerservice@garnerandtow.com with photos of the product and proof of purchase. After we review this information, you may choose to receive a refund or exchange for a different product.
The refund will be issued via the original form of payment. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with the return of the bag. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Sale items are non-returnable.
